His Constant Visions, Trend Setting Innovations, led him to move on his own and promote KARROX Technologies, India’s 1st and premium IT training company in 1992. As M. D and Co Founder, he was keenly instrumental in growing Karrox to 60 centers in India. He was the 1st to set up Tata Unisys Education centers and also set up the 1st Novel authorized center in India. Always a step ahead of the times, in April of 2000 he promoted K10 Technologies a BTO consulting company in IT and ITES. In 2002 he spread his consulting wings into recruitment for the customer service, with a keen emphasis towards the Call Center and BPO industry. Between 2002 and 2007 his mere one center in Mumbai grew into a strong domestic footprint across the sub-continent in over 15 metros and mini metros. K10 grown from a mere recruitment company into an organization offering end to end real time, turnkey solutions in human resource management. During this time, he also initiated “The Kaizer”, training institute which is a talent transformation certification offering Certified Training, coaching, mentoring and Skill Enhancement Programs. Today Kaizer is recognized as of one the leading Training Institutes catering to international and local organization for over a decade now.
The next feather in his cap was conceptualizing and successful launching Call Connect, India’s 1st and only, industry endorsed, Call Center, BPO and KPO Youth Lifestyle magazine. Call Connect was soon followed by its e- version, callcentrenews.com and further has a database running in lakhs.
